Compressed air is the fourth utility in most plants, and an undersized or poorly maintained system bleeds money in energy and downtime. AH&M works across the compressor types found in Gulf Coast industry — from small shop reciprocating units to plant-scale rotary screw installations.

Hydraulic Systems
Power units, pumps, valves, cylinders, and hydrostatic drives
Hydraulic problems rarely announce themselves politely — a drifting cylinder or an overheating power unit is usually a system problem, not a component problem. AH&M troubleshoots and services the full hydraulic circuit, not just the part that failed.

Vacuum Pumps & Systems
Liquid-ring vacuum pumps, field testing, and system troubleshooting
In process plants, vacuum is production: an inefficient vacuum pump is often the bottleneck on the whole line. AH&M services liquid-ring vacuum pumps and — more unusually — field-tests them in place, so replacement decisions get made on measured performance instead of nameplate hope.

In-plant field testing
Flat-plate orifice testing of any brand of vacuum pump, in place, measuring actual ACFM at each vacuum level.
System troubleshooting
Isolating the pump from the process to determine whether the problem is the pump or the system — before money gets spent on the wrong fix.
Efficiency evaluation
Quantifying wasted energy, water, and steam from underperforming pumps to justify (or rule out) replacement.

AH&M has decades of parts and service history across the major compressed-air product lines — CompAir, LeROI, Kellogg, Hydrovane, and Broomwade among them — plus common competitor equipment. If a machine is worth keeping, it's worth keeping running.
Parts sourcing
Air ends, separators, filters, valves, and consumables for the major brands and many competitors' machines.
Preventive maintenance
Scheduled service that catches separator, bearing, and cooler problems before they become outages.
Repair & rebuild
Diagnosis and repair on aging equipment where replacement isn't yet justified.
